You should provide
all necessary information on the order form, especially name, surname, address, telephone
number, email (if you have). These are necessary for contacting you if we need.
You can select
any payment option defined in the "payment type" field, which are credit card,
wire transfer (for wiring please request bank account information via email info@artizana.com) or
check (US only).
Products are not
sent until payment is done or approved.
If you are
ordering a ring, please indicate ring size of the person, who will use it.
If you want
it into a gift package, please indicate that in the "note" field.
If you get
any problem about receiving the jewelry, please contact us immediately.
All
shipments are done by UPS, FedEx or other secure carrier. Shipment is included in price.

any special jewelry, please contact us through email, phone or fax. You can find necessary
information on the "Contact Us" page.
If you get
any problem regarding to our product, we can repair or replace it with new one in a year.
